Darshak Patel currently works on the Digital Product Strategy within the Investment Research division at Goldman Sachs where he focuses on helping create the tools analysts need to model and write research reports. He started off at Goldmans Sachs working on a multi-asset class portfolio management group where he got a first hand look at how crucial capital markets can be in transitioning to a more sustainable future. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science at Columbia focusing on sustainable finance and investing. His goal is to come out of the program equipped with the tools necessary to invest in sustainable projects that will offset the effects of climate change and help in transitioning to a carbon neutral society. Darshak earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Rutgers Business School.
